Anna Silk

Anna Silk (born January 31 1974) is an Canadian actor most famously known for her character Bo from the Showcase television show Lost Girl. Silk is an actress from Canada born in Fredericton, New Brunswick. Ilkay Silk was the child of Peter who was an academic, and Peter Silk, who was known as an accomplished actor and director. He was also a playwright, educator and Director of Drama, St. Thomas University. Her father is British and her mother a Turkish-Cypriot-English expat. Anna holds some of her earliest memories of watching television and attending rehearsals for performances. Silk was a small model in a commercial. She graduated with a Bachelors degree in Arts from St. Thomas University. Theatre St. Thomas has produced two shows in the early years: Seven Menus and The Kitchen. Silk made the move to Toronto to pursue her acting career in the month of November 1999. Later, she spent the next decade, she moved to Los Angeles California. Seth Cooperman became her husband in 2007 after they met at an Actorsworkshop located in Los Angeles. Following their engagement in 2008, they were married in the year 2009. They were married in Fredericton on April 10th the couple renewed their vows after her change of religion to Judaism. Silk was blessed with a son who was named Samuel Jerome Cooperman on May 13th 2013. Levi Aaron, her second child was born 13 May 2016. Silk's work on television is a part of Being Erica as Cassidy Holland and she received a Gemini Awards nod in 2009. Silk was cast in the lead role as Bo Dennis, a succubus and a succubus on the television show Lost Girl. Silk was pregnant while shooting the final season of the third season. The actress announced her pregnancy to the fans in her Showcase Season Three pre-show special of 6 January 2013. Silk revealed via Twitter, on 20 June 2013, that the production was set to begin on Season 4. In June of 2013, Showcase and Prodigy Pictures confirmed the beginning of production for Season 4 of the show. CNN Cable News Network named Bo as well as Lauren Zoie Palmer, as the same-sex couple in Lost Girl to be one of their top TV Couples of all time. E!
