
Jazmine Sullivan is a native of and was raised within Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Pam her mom is a former back-up singer at Philadelphia International Records. When she was five Her father was appointed as the curator of Strawberry Mansion Section. Strawberry Mansion Section. Her family later moved into this old structure. In 2005, she graduated from the Philadelphia High School for the Creative and Performing Arts with the vocal music major. Sullivan started singing as a contralto the children's choir. She then sang shortly after, in the adult group. They had a strong working relations along with Missy Elliott. Elliott produced many of her tracks and tracks, such as "Backstabbers" and "Backstabbers," which was written by Timbaland.
